SmartLab 3 kW is a high-resolution automatic diffractometer which allows measurement of X-ray diffraction and scattering. This system has θ/θ closed loop goniometer drive system, cross beam optics (CBO), which makes it easy to switch between Bragg-Brentano and Parallel Beam modes and enable various measurement, e.g. powder diffraction (WAXS; reflective and transmission modes), texture and stress analyses; SAXS, reflectivity etc. The system is accompanied by high (up to 1600°C) and low-temperature (down to 77K) chambers.
